Caribbean Development Bank

Digital Transformation

The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), a partner of UNICEF, selected Insomniac Design as its digital agency to conduct a complete overhaul of their public-facing website, and reimagine the user experience.

The new CDB web platform includes a completely re-architected user-flow and navigation, implementation of a robust search strategy, easy access to critical impact content, and a highly visual, dynamic user experience.

Reimagined Web Experience

The new website offers a completely reimagined web experience that meets the needs of CDB's most important constituencies and audiences.

We implemented a re-architected user-flow and navigation, a robust search strategy, easy access to critical impact content, and a highly visual, dynamic user experience.

Impact Focus

We focused on CDB's impact in the region, which includes support of over $600M in funding to more than 10 countries.

Visualizing the areas of program support was key, to show the impact CDB has on critical issues like education and economic development.

UX & Discovery

We led an extensive discovery process that started with audience and persona development, user-journey mapping, and a content strategy focus on serving relevant content to each audience -- including media, partners, and government agencies.

Dynamic & Visual Content Strategy

We envisioned a fresh visual presentation of CDB's most impactful content, to highlight the most important information and maintain a solid structure for a potentially high content volume.

The result was a beautiful, impactful UX experience that progressively showcased the right information to the right people, and presented it in a highly visual way.
