BBC Worldwide selected Insomniac Design as one of seven companies worldwide to provide digital and creative services. Insomniac Design worked with the BBC to launch mobile apps for their annual PROMS season. Every year, the Proms sell both a season brochure (Proms Guide) and physical programmes that include extensive repertoire notes for each performance in the Royal Albert Hall. The Guide contains full listings information, editorial articles and features, and supplementary information about ticket-booking and the concert experience. After the first release of the iOS and Android apps, Apple selected the app to feature on the App Store social media which has 11 million followers.
